Little Engine that Could (animated version) plarails?

Does that engine look something like this... if it does we had a Member here that made a couple custom HO versions that were pretty cool but I can't remember who. Sounds like a good idea for a custom Plarail as long as the smoke stack wasn't too high. Maybe one of the Western Style steam engines would be a good candidate like the Disneys, Benkai or Yoshitsune. Come to think of it the newer released Yoshitsune may be a good candidate since he wasn't as popular and is a bit bigger to work with.
