Ohhh...I wish it were a working light. My first thought when seeing these were if I could make it working with a 3 volt coin cell, wouldn't that be cool.
I did come up with where the brown and green one came with... Mavis's Late Night Track Repair set which explains why I couldn't find it before as I was using Searchlight as my search keyword.
