Can't wait to see what ideas you come up with. In the mean time, I hope you don't mind, I took the liberty of cutting tunnels in the wall to the outside and one through the wall into the next room so you could extend the Layout into new areas. I cleaned up my mess as best as possible but you may want to trim up my rough sawn edges.
