Thomas Modification ideas: assistance needed

I suppose having a clean surface would be best to make sure it comes out with an even finish... Since Thomas' wheels were blue, yellow dye was used to make green.
Using the primary color chart (red, yellow,& blue), you can figure out what combinations of dye to base color to use.
red+yellow= orange
red+blue= purple
blue+yellow=green
red+yellow+blue=brown
There are also many other exotic shades right out of the pack, like turquoise, magenta, as well as a color neutralizer( which I've always wondered about but have never tried)
