Dang, you beat me to it..lol. Mine has been in the same shipping delays it seems. It arrived in New York on 12/31, and has been there up until today. The post man left the notice on the door and did not knock or ring the doorbell so I have to go and pick it up tomorrow..
I had pre-ordered from an eBay seller at the end of Nov, and they had it shipped out on day of release which was awesome. Was hoping to have it sooner.
That all said..lol. I love it. Looks like a great luxury train.
