James lost at sea (or plane)

I'm guessing that it'll go down like this:
Your 45 day eBay window will come and go...
You'll file a complaint, the seller won't respond, eBay will step in and try to contact the seller without any response either, then eBay will issue you a refund, you'll get your money back, and then 2 weeks later it will arrive for FREE!!
