This is a knock off of the Transformer Omega Supreme called Terminus Giganticus. He is Huge!!!
Not knockoff, but a third-party figure. KO's are based on existing molds, while 3P figures are original molds based on existing Transformers characters.
That aside, Terminus Giganticus is crazy big, and not cheap for that matter. Enjoy.
