Glad to hear you're happy with them Super, I know I like them for my Lego buildings and such, but I can still see many other uses for them. If you notice the actual part that carries the LED's has a small micro-connector, you can get wired versions of leads with the plugs on easily off eBay. So if you wanted you could always use these lights with an extension lead and put normal AAA's in a mail coach or something to light an entire train if wanted.
I can also see these used under the canopies of stations to give you lit stations (even better potentially than the oldie we've been discussing) all very easily and easy to maintain
