Ok, well I'm still waiting on the shipment of lights that I ordered from AliExpress, however one of the other items I ordered did arrive this morning.
This is a lighting set for the Lego Austin Mini Cooper model that is currently available. I ordered this as I already have the car and it will finish it off nicely.
I was pleasantly surprised to see it turn up so quickly (about 8 days), it was well packed and seems to be fully functional.
Basically you get a wire loom that contains various light modules on the end that replace the headlamps, sidelights, brakes, etc... and adds interior lighting. This is all connected to a USB plug so you can plug it into a PSU of some form, maybe if I can find a small enough battery pack I can stash it in the boot (trunk for you colonials
) of the car...
