It is quite a nice train and the sets do come up occasionally. Interestingly it is pretty much modelled on one of the older Takara sets. That took the form of a similar track that packed away into a self contained folder, that also had compartments in the ends/top for buildings, trees, the bridges and most importantly some special pieces of track. The reason for the latter being important was that it was designed to be used either self contained or you could use these 'spur lines' to integrate it into a larger Takara layout using the normal track and accessories also
