Excellent. Sure, I like the size of the old "head" better, but the new one looks a bit more nicely sculpted. I think you should recess the eyes and mouth to add a touch of realism, so her "skin" could surround her facial features. I know the film was a "cartoon" and not stop motion or CGI, but it would've made her look nicer as a physical model.
