Great score Sun, I've been keeping my eyes on eBay for such sets, but I don't recall ever seeing one in quite that clean a condition. I know these are quite old sets now so are almost a collectors item - so Super the chances of getting one new/sealed is very very low these days 
The other thing that seems a bit unusual I think is the tracks themselves, most of what I've seen has blue rails and the grey sleepers, the grey rails tend to be rarer I think, or at least they are here in the UK.
