Plarail 103 Series Help

I think we had a discussion about the 103's a while back but I can't find it. I think they released in several different ways, one or two of which I remember were 3 train boxed sets. Here is one of those but these 103's are a bit different than the ones you pictured as they have a single headlight. I also have in my head a different 3 pack release also but whats in my head doesn't always compute into reality. I looked through all the catalogues and the only one I could find was the yellow 103 which was released in 2006-2007 for 1 year in a 3 pack with 2 other trains
