Plarail 103 Series Help

I think we had a discussion about the 103's a while back but I can't find it. I think they released in several different ways, one or two of which I remember were 3 train boxed sets. Here is one of those but these 103's are a bit different than the ones you pictured as they have a single headlight. I also have in my head a different 3 pack release also but whats in my head doesn't always compute into reality. What the description says...

It is a plarail of the 103 series 3 color set (Uguit · Sky Blue · Orange Vermilion) which was released in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of Plarail in 1999. This product was a reprint of "Electric Plasma Train" released in 1968, it was sold only for one year.
