One thing I've always wondered is, why is plarail/tomy Oliver so hard to find/never released stateside? I mean I live in the USA and I have him (had to get him off of eBay), but for a character as popular as he is, you'd think they'd release him everywhere. I mean we all know what went down with the Bachmann Oliver.
Could anyone shed some light on why he's such a hard find? Also isn't kind of odd that toy/plarail Duck comes with Toad and S.C.ruffey while Oliver comes with two coaches? Should be the other way around.
