Thanks.. yeah it was a bit eye opening to see what I have spent and probably a lot more when you add in eBay. Oh well. All in good fun right..

Yeah the fees I think are bad either way but FromJapan changed theirs a little. You still have the Buyer Pritection plan at 700¥ per win or the other at 300¥ per item. I was doing the buyer protection on all of the items but with this last one I went with the other option. I will see how it is. The other thing was the consolidation fee it was 900¥ but got reduced to 500¥.

Other than having the huge charge 2 payment I think it still works out cheaper or seems so. I have not purchased anything from Jauce though in well over a year so it is hard to tell.

I think this is the problem for me, the charge 2 payment when it comes along. If you got a goodly number of items it can be almost a heart stopping moment when you see what the charge 2 is, sometimes even more than the outrageous shipping costs lol!

With Jauce I'm sure overall it is probably still a bit more expensive, but at least you got "pay as you go" charges, so at least you don't get that fear of dread when you order a shipment
