U.S. TnA James voiced by Robin Smith?

I'm usually pretty good at figuring out voices but this one has me stumped! It sounds like Robin Smith may have been hired because he could do a reasonable facsimile of Alec Baldwin's voice, so it's a tough call!

Because of the era of Thomas and Friends my kids watch, I realize how odd it is to hear someone other than Kerry Shale doing James' voice.
