I always equated the term "Mint" as being something not new or opened and that the contents or item, which are not new, are still in Mint condition. Furthermore, doesn't the word "Mint" in "MISB" only really refer to the box being Mint as the condition of the items inside the box would be unknown if it really was a manufacturers seal. Of course none of this means much as a seller can say whatever they want without repercussions except for bad Feedback or refund. But then if the seals are fake chances are that the buyer, who may be a collector, never opens the box to find that it isn't new or worse yet, there is nothing in the box.
