The mystery man

I do recall seeing a set listed once or twice in the Japan Auctions that included some of these. I remember this because it was one of those Ah Ha moments when I said to myself thats where they came from. Ucwepn's are more detailed...this guy is a bit more crude, with no hair, and a simple 2 dot/curved line "smiley face", and kind of brittle..I think he might be a knockoff of Ucwepn's type.
