I personally don't think there is aside from the far more common stackable risers (relative to the other clipped risers, or course
), but they do their job well. Is it that you plan to move the layout after you have built it without having to worry about things falling apart or is there a different reason you want pieces that actually clip the rails together rather than just support them?
