I don't believe I understand the true nature of the problem. I do understand how the revolution tracks essentially "clip into" each other, while the design of Tomy's tracks make a riser under each point of connection a necessity. As you plan to solely use blue tracks, is your problem that you simply don't have enough risers? As Super had said, the 17'' double track, (which is twice the length of the traditional straight track, and generally if you haven't sought out for it specifically, it's probably not in your collection; I am 95% sure it never came in any Tomy sets sold in the US or UK as part of the Motor Road and Rail or Plarail sets) would help with this problem. I suggest viewing this video from Diesel D199: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-O9WDmcU26A because it not only is quite entertaining but it, more importantly, provides a blatant comparison between double track and the other straight tracks.

The images from the Plarail catalogs, do you have a source for those? I am planning on trying to acquire a wide range of years of these catalogs and then scan them and post here on BPT. If that already exists though I will save the time and trouble..

Actually, I had gotten the two images from a thread I had bookmarked myself for reference a while back: https://www.blueplastictracks.com/showth...p?tid=2005

However, I do not recall any thread with an archive of pages from past catalogs (though that would be awesome!). I will look around myself to see where the images originated from and will see if I can find some information of some use.
