All hard questions to answer. Blue tracks do have the most options when speaking of different types of track pieces. Best way to see whats available would be like a lot of us have done in the beginning is to watch lots of YouTube videos and then ask questions on the different types of track you see, thats how I learned. With the blue track you have many manual points but also have a great option of of automatic 2-way & 3-way points along with an automatic transfer station that allows for two trains to occupy one loop. Ucwepns Layout is a good one that meets most of your criteria. Except for one small elevated line and a long bridge which is not really an overhead bridge but a ground level bridge that allows for the lake/ocean/river to pass underneath. Ideas are limitless with these blue tracks, how much space will you have? Floor or table top?
