Flip Face/Party flag Thomas check

I think that Flip Face Thomas with Birthday Flags is a Rare Thing but I not Sure :/

Unless there is another standard sized model with flags that I am unaware of that the stickers could be stolen from, or else custom stickers were created. But the other flagged version is too large and the stickers wouldn't fit the shell dimensions. So yes, at this point I do think it's legit.
