RC Flip face Thomas with Party Flags??

This is not official. In addition to the flags on the sides, the portholes are black instead of having white in them, and the "space" between the tanks and splashers is dark blue rather than black. This Thomas came out back when the normal HiT Toys range barely had any differences to Tomy. Whoever made this most likely took the exclusive Thomas from the Tidmouth Sheds set, changed the stickers on the sides in the most convincing way imaginable and blacked out the portholes with a marker or something. Do not take my word for it, though.
