I agree with Mike that it is bad QC in the new plant.

I got an Edward with Thomas face, I was going through my duplicates in the office, and I took the duplicates home. First thing my 6 year old pointed out was that "Daddy, This is not Edward, this is Thomas but has Edward's number".



The one in the office (in my collection) has the correct face.
