thomas and friends mini series

I picked up 2 new 3-packs at Walmart: Space Gordon+ Construction Toby+ Classic Stephen and Night Time Toby+ Space Hiro+ Classic Dash. All of them felt lighter than my other minis, and when I opened the Stephen and Dash, they were missing the metal weight inside. The others from the packs also felt like they were missing the weights. I don't know if I got a bad batch, or if this is a new cost saving feature, but the 2017/1 blind bags I've opened still had the weights inside.

Where exactly is the weight plate located? Could you share the pictures?
I have to dig up my Space & Night Times and will compare against classics.
