The official scale can vary wildly depending on which day of the week it is, Tomica vehicles that come with some sets are 1:64, Plakid figures seem to be closer to 1:50, buildings and other accessories often seem to be 1:64 as well simply to suit the vehicles. I like to think of them as being ok to go with anything from HO scale to almost 1:43 scale.
