Did locate this video. Although it doesn't give the exact name it does go through the operation. There is one button different on this set than th other I mentioned and I would guess has something to do with the camera. The button is in the place of the horn one. It looks to have one cable running from the console to the TV so I am guessing it plugs into a "Video In" connection on the back of the TV. Do they still have that on modern TV's?

BTW...This YouTuber's Channel is a great resource for Plarail Trains and for some neat lighting mods.
