I've been looking through the thread and checked mini.ixbyix.com and I didn't see anything about the 30-pack yet:

You posted too soon, I updated my page as soon as I could after I saw your post Seriously, though, thank you for posting those pictures. I'd been hearing about this set and had everything ready to go to put it onto the site, I was just waiting for someone to show they'd seen it and to list the other 27 engines.

While I was checking for typos I noticed that (not counting the 3 new insect engines) all the engines are available in 2016 blind bags except for Spooky Salty.
