There are only a handful of sets that are deemed worthy of ultra-rare status in the world of collecting this line of Thomas trains...The Donald & Douglas snow plow set, and the Thumper Boulder set are two great examples...Most people have never even heard of them, but even those who have know that they are rarely seen and rarely come up for auction, and fetch massive premiums because they're so scarce... They're hardly ever seen at auction, but their existence IS known of...
THIS SET has never been seen before and had remained completely unknown to the western world for 16 years since it was first released back in 2000!!
No other complete set W/BOX has ever been seen, and this is the first and only example ever to see auction... It's as rare as rare gets.
