Great, thank you! That matches what had been posted on eBay a while ago and what I've got on my own checklist page. I had never seen confirmation for the other list (what was shown on the wiki): I think someone was just speculating what the order would be and their guesses got picked up by other sites (partly because it was a pretty good guess).

Now, I just need to figure out a better way to explain the regions on my site so I stop confusing people in Europe and Australia
