I Guess we interpreted it differently

I found 24 sets total (front, middle, end)
And sorry to point it out, but you are mistaken < ducks away from a flying shoe >
You see:
1 to 27 are locomotive sets
28 to 54 are the tracks scenery and figures
55 to 102 are locomotive sets again
103 to 109 are again tracks and scenery.

I thought about it the same way as you did, maybe there are more locos, excited!. But once I sorted my excel list, it made sense on my numbering based on the written numbers on the packages.
