Something New from Plarail & Japan Disneyland????

I wonder if this is a real tram at Tokyo Disneyland like the Disneysea one is. http://www.blueplastictracks.com/showthr...=Disneysea If there is I can't find a picture of it. I did find some pictures of the real attraction that matches the two features on the train set.
