Yeah I figure it'll be the same deal as what they did with *semi spoiler* pasting Emily's face onto Caitlin's render for a fantasy for a few seconds. Like Emily, there's no way that streamlining just goes around Thomas' body.
On a side note, though, the streamline thing isn't part of the newest season. It's for the fall special. More than likely it'll be a one-off thing, same with Gordon
