You will find my tribute (Copy) of this train. You can also see one my Powerful Gordon's at UCWPN's Youtube channel by the title of "Gordon comes to Sodor" and another viewing source would be to visit Percyengine619 Youtube channel title "The trouble with mud". Thank you UCWPN and Percyengine619!

My trains are brand new, never been played with, right out of the box then back into the same box Plarail Gordons that have been modified to the same standards as the original Powerful Gordons. An original Powerful Gordon in this same new condition would cost hundreds of dollars, my tributes are less than one. Hope this information helps. Cheers Smile

I know about your website, Mike, but thank you anyway. Sorry if I didn't make it clear enough: I was very tired and very sick, and it was late at night when I made the thread. I'd never even attempt to buy a genuine Powerful Gordon, as it is way over my budget, and my parents' approval. Besides, I don't care if it's genuine or not, as long as it looks good, it's sturdy, and it works.

P.S.: You don't mind me defacing one, do you? I'd like to switch between the normal Gordon face and the angry face.

The Tomy Bill and Ben have front cab windows whereas the Fisher Price versions do not, but the FP versions have painted whites to thier eyes, whereas the Tomys do not...The Brendam Bay font is noticeably larger on the FP version, and the mustard colored bodies and brown cab detailing aren't quite as dark or rich on the Tomy as they are on the FP's either, as for James, I am assuming you mean the last Fisher Price version with a detachable tender and new face VS. the old C cell attached tender version...that's a toss up!!
The attached version is kinda clunky and slow, but the detachable one seems kinda flimsy and weird when the tender is detached...James is James and I suppose either would suffice.
Hope this helpsSmile

For Powerful Gordon, I just want to get Mike's Powerful Gordon. And as for James, I mean the Plarail 2014 redesign, with the whistle on the cab roof, and the new CGi face, as opposed to old Plarail James, the one you're talking about.

If it breaks, it breaks. I make sure to take very good care of my engines, so nothing too bad should happen. The worst that can happen as long as I'm the only one around is a piece of plastic from the tender chipping off from dropping it. (That's what happened to my current Gordon. I've learned to forget about it, but it would be possible to fix, but I do hope to do a complete switchover from Motor Road & Rail U.S. to Japan's Plarail at some point.)

Anyways, I'll make sure to take especially good care of Powerful Gordon. I'd store it in a case on a shelf instead of keeping it in a bin with the rest.
