Yeah, that's what I was thinking, would likely need something or eyeball its. I have been using some pliers and a hammer to tap the gear on. A bit crude but so far it seems to work. I have done a couple and which seem to be almost like a factory fit. I wish I could get the gears already made in the right size, but sanding them works too. Cool little device though.
