minis twist and turn stunt set, question

ive read several accounts of people buying this set and having pieces missing.

im looking at buying one off ebay, and given the distance, it wouldnt be feasible to return to seller if a piece was missing. i have asked if they can check, but just in case, is it possible to get a replacement from fisher-price? if so, how do i go about it?
