Super, I generally have a base idea but then design the details as I go. With the first two, the direction of the track is important if you want to add lane changers or stop/go track as those types of track switches can't be flipped over to change direction. The base 4 level up/down can be shortened or lengthened as required. For tight space you can reduce it to just the length of the sloping track plus the corners but that does require a 1/4 track along the top level or double track one end with the inside leading to nowhere.
