Holy smokes, I didn't know there have been so many location specific releases, thanks for that info. I am surprised I had not noticed the Nankai Southern at least on the Yahoo auctions if it has been out that long. Oh, geesh. Suzukawa did a video of it almost 2 years ago that I completely missed.
