Oh, wow, Thanks Leland. That looks like it is very expensive and time consuming to install. Because of your link I checked out the other videos on the channel and this one shows a little behind the scenes. I would imagine that it must be a very large thermal printer/plotter or the like that can take about a 4 foot wide roll of vinyl. What amazes me is not the printer, the design software or the vinyl, its the installers that look to be artists more that just installers. You would think that all the heating and stretching that some parts of the graphics would be distorted. Have you ever tried to paint a straight line over bumps or installed a waterslide decal over something embossed and stand back to look at how the graphics change and the line no longer looks straight? They are truly remarkable. It must stand up to washes but does it have to be hand washed and not through a car, bus wash with brushes. Thanks for bringing this up as I have always wondered about this.
