Tomy Talk "N" Action Engines

Can anyone tell me in the Tomy Talk "N" Action series, which engines were made, which engines talked in which language or did they all talk in both English and Japanese? Thanks.

For English speaking engines there was Thomas, Percy, James and the incredibly rare Diesel 10.

There are two different versions of the english speaking Talk 'n Action trains...
The American accent versions and also the British accent versions, each with different phrases relative to each country of origin...
So does the Diesel 10 speak American or British? OR is it that crazy voice from the Magic Railroad movie??

An English Diesel 10? I only know about the Japanese version.

I don't think Neil Crone even recorded lines for any merchandise.

Are these supposed to be extremely rare?

I have all three English accent ones.

Never saw the Diesel 10 being sold though.

For the record, the UK-voice Talk 'N Action James responds to the six different green track pieces as follows:

Switch on - "I'm James, let's go"

1,  , dark blue
"Where's Thomas?" and "Let's go" and "I'm a really splendid engine", seemingly at random.

2,  | , yellow
stop, squeal, "I'm ready", start.

3,  | | , pale blue
stop, squeal, start, "I'm James, let's go", fast speed for 3 seconds, then normal speed.

4,  | | | , green
"I'm ready, off we go", fast speed for 3 secs, "That's it, I made it", then normal speed.

5,  | | | | , purple
"Let's go" then fast for one sec. then normal for 1 sec., all repeated three times, then "Where's Thomas" and fast for 3 sec. then normal speed.

6,  | | | | | , red
"I'm James" and fast for 3 sec., squeal & stop, "I'm a really splendid engine", start fast for 3 sec., then normal speed

Switch off - "What a lark!"

The Thomas theme tune plays all the time he's going along at normal speed and not speaking. The noise I'm calling 'squeal' is probably meant to be either the sound of steam being vented or squealing brakes, I'm not sure.

The number is embossed on the track piece but hidden under the sticker, the symbols represent the raised activation knobs, and the colour is the colour of the sticker on each track piece.
