This is Porter, I believe:

Correct. I dig a bit further. According to Thomas Wiki, it is based on a H.K. Porter 0-6-0ST, built in Butler, Pennsylvania, north of Pittsburgh. These mainly worked in the dockyards on the east coast of the United States. The Brooklyn Eastern District Terminal Railroad, which served the dockyards in Brooklyn, New York, owned several examples of Porter's design.

Fantastic picture Chrisjo, thanks that sure looks like Porter for sure with what I call house like windows in the cab... hmmm...I now have the urge to further Porters customization to look more dirty like the real one and add the B.E.D.T. (Brooklyn Eastern District Terminal Railroad) lettering to the tanks and real hand rails like Ucwepn does. Chrisjo, looks like an interesting site you have linked to in your signature. I am going to browse around it. What language and what does "Trenau Bach Arbennig Cymru" mean?

@"leylandvictory2"

That is cool information, so Porter is not just a fictitious Thomas & Friends name? Porter is the actual name of the engine and the company which first made it. Many thanks for the lesson.

Well if you go to the site linked in the signature, you'll find yourself at "The Great Little Trains of Wales", so that should be a clue.

Trenau = trains
Bach = little
Arbennig = special
Cymru = Wales

Wales is of course home to some of the finest preserved narrow-gauge railways in the world, including those on which the Rev. based the one on Sodor. I was on the Vale of Rheidol line last Sunday, it's about an hour away from my home.

It was quite good, I think it's available on UK Play, wait a min whilst I google......
