these are inside of mattel's booth at toyfair, to actually get inside you need to be a buyer (to become a buyer you have to order at least 30k mattel products per year) which explains why all of the pictures come from this video only.

How does that explain the existence of just a single video?  Why wouldn't there be more?  Of course we understand that you can't just walk in, you need some kind of credentials and being a buyer is not the only one. In my case I was given access to toy fairs, and to review samples, because I ran a well-known review website. No, it wasn't Thomas or even railway-related.

Can you provide a verifiable source for your '30k' assertion, which I presume is US$?

Gordon's coach is interesting, a rake of those behind a narrow-gauge engine would look great (but not at the expense of having to buy four or five Gordons!)
