Tomy Oliver Clone - 3D Printable duplicate free release

Even though I own two Tomy Olivers (one near mint and the other playworn) I want others to be able to have one of their own. Given the drive unit in Oliver is common with so many other models, I've decided to measure Oliver up and copy it so that others can print the body parts to make one. I know others have done Oliver bodies to drop onto a Percy chassis but I feel this gives a closer model.







It'll be a free release on Thingiverse when it's done and working. If anyone wishes to make a Oliver face (23mm wide as per the original) to replace my placeholder please make me aware, especially if I can release it as part of the body to complete the model.

Thank you, I hope to do this with other “rare” or “hard to find” items that I come across in order to help others collecting these. As a parent buying these for a 2 year old it scares me that some cost so much. I prefer these to the newer Trackmaster ones as they are far better as toys.

If there's going to be more printable files made available I'd suggest you start a dedicated thread and add them to that as you go so they are easy to find together

Just love how 3d printed Tomy Oliver replicas are surfacing putting the greedy ebay sellers to shame. I got the original from ebay around 2013-14 though I recently purchased the shell from Custom Trackmasters since it's more accurate.

They’ll be together on my Thingiverse account, which Is very easy to navigate.

Found a suitable face from Twitter/X user @LittestThe which is free to use as long as it’s not a commercial product.

He also has a Donald/Douglas face along with a Daisy one, so I’m now thinking of items to tackle after Oliver…

Wait does he have any Thomas Faces, if so could you DM me the File(s) please? also could you DM the Douglas face please? Thanks!
