Should this train be included on any Plarail "Hard To Find" Lists?

I think so, I've only ever seen a handful on sale and they usually go for quite the large sum.

How is this one called? It's based on something?

I wouldn’t say that it’s hard to find..
There are several listed on the J-auction site on any given day, but it IS one of the most consistently highest priced recently released trains ever!

I remember to saw a listing of it to a kinda low price long time ago but didn't care of it at all thinking this was a regular mass-produced train toy... I feel stupid.

The Plarail 60th Anniversary Black Cat Meow Meow Train ( くろネコのにゃーにゃートレイン ) was the third collaboration between Tomy and the instant ramen brand 'Myojo Charumera', The Black Cat 'Starlight' is the logo of Charumera. The train also has two cat dolls in the middle car. It randomly plays the sound of a cat meowing and sings the Tomica Plarail song with just "meow meow" as the words.

To enter the lottery to win one of the 3000 made, you attached the barcode from a 5-pack of ramen to a postcard and sent it in between November 22, 2019 & February 29, 2020.

If only 3000 were made then YES they’re very rare!…which is weird to me that they’re always for sale.
If they weren’t so darn expensive they’d probably have found their proper permanent homes by now.
