Hey everyone,
My package has finally arrived! Here's what I got I got 2 TGVs! Why 2? They were a good price, 4200 yen. Most people were selling just 1 for a similar price. Secondly, I got this lot of old passenger cars. It consists mostly of OHA 46s, as well as 1 OHA 47 and an end car with an openable roof. Lastly, I got this C11 171 locomotive. Not sure what wagons originally came with this, as it was only the locomotive that was for sale. And that's everything! All the trains run great and im very happy with everything I got.
Your C-11 (one of my favorites) could have come from one of two sought after sets. First there is the set that includes a blue Express Coach and an exclusive blue DE-10 dummy Diesel engine. Or it could have come with the set that included two, exclusive, dark purple Express Coaches another of my favorites because of the exclusive items.

But you'd like me to tell you, right? The green headmark visible in your last picture bears the text 函館大沼号, Hakodate Onuma. This was a steam-hauled train operated by JR Hokkaido that ran on the Hakodate Line during holidays and festivals in the period 2001 to 2014, sometimes as a double-header with C11 171 and C11 207. Also a DE10 was sometimes hitched to the other end to haul the train back in the other direction. Plarail have released C11 171 Hakodate Onuma twice, firstly in December 2002 representing JR Hokkaido in the "My Home Town's Train" series, with two purple/brown coaches, one of which has the same headmark on the rear end: https://youtu.be/HHOOG1RopnI?si=RnHqsoskvXzcDb09 ....and then in 2006 as one of the limited edition items at Plarail Expo, this time with a blue coach and an un-powered blue DE10 1690: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01_dbJ2rd_U The box for the 2002 version says Made in Thailand, while the 2006 version says the C11 component is Made in China, but in fact the chassis says Made in Thailand on both of them. Oops, Super beat me to it. Never mind!
Thank you both for the info! I quite like that DE10 set, makes me kinda want to look for one...
I'm honestly impressed with how much knowledge some of you have when it comes to plarail
Everything that I may know has all come from members here at BPT's over the years.

It has come to my attention that the end car I got from this lot may be... a knock off! First off all, there's no mentions of Tomy anywhere underneath the wagon. Not only that, but it says "made in china" rather than the usual "made in vietnam" or "made in thailand". Secondly, the "openable roof" was an absolute lie. Opening up the car reveals that the roof is held on by clips that prevent it from coming of. Here's the interior. The seats do allow you to put a Pla-Kid in, but it's not the best fit, as the legs get squished quite alot. Lastly some close ups of the full thing.
That is indeed a Tomy. Give me a bit to find out what engine came with that as there were two coaches like this that came with it.
One, at least, brown one came in the hard to find C62 Double impact set. But I thought there was a train that had two on these coaches included and I am picturing on in blue just like it.
That's one of the two coaches from the 2002 S-29 Plakids C12 Steam Locomotive. I have three complete sets, one is Made in Thailand, the other two are Made in China. I have also just now found a picture of one marked Vietnam. The coaches do not have TOMY written on them. The open-able roofs have the same clips as yours, so I'm a bit mystified as to why you can't get yours open.
