Hi everyone, for those who are ordering N-SCALE trains. Feel free to post on this thread.
I received the following:
TOMIX E235 Series (Yamanote Line- Late Version) - As many of the newer E235's model trains were released not long after it was introduced in 2015, TOMIX and KATO released their trains in 2018. But with this later version it features the latest bead shape of the roof which changed from the 2018 release.
If there is one train I have ridden on more than anything, it's the Yamanote Line. So, when this was announced, had to get it.
This is a Hasegawa MODEMO train (Hakone-Tozan Railway Type 2000 "Rhaetian Railway Pain (Early Version)". I love Hakone and I love this train and its many incarnations. But if Hasegawa is no longer going to produce any more MODEMO, I figured I better get this now, because it's hard enough getting other trains as they are spiking up in price by third party sellers.
While I have been to Gifu before, I have not ridden on the Nagaragawa Railway Type NAGARA300 #304. But I want to support these smaller railways and companies that are willing to release trains from these smaller railway companies like Nagaragawa Railway. This train which started on November 4, 1998 is still on the tracks today. But one of the reasons why I got this is that there are a few TOMIX single or double trains that they release with interior lights (as well as taillight LEDs) and when I found out this would have one and it would be sold so cheap, I had to jump at the opportunity.
