Thanks for the info Dr Chris, I certainly wasn't aware of this exclusive giveaway. The glitter affect is cool and may look good on any Xmas or winter type arrangement. Santas Sleigh may look good inside...hmmm...wonder if Tomica makes one or any maker of 1/64ths vehicles?.

Thank you for the info Dr Chris. I always think it quite weird to see a Shinkansen with Cargo Carriers. Wonder if that SUV is included.
Interesting, honestly enjoying TOMY's approach to incorporating tomica into plarail.
name's roxaclock, see ya around!
Ugh...I just noticed that some of these released 'Best Selection' Series trains are all flat stickered or painted windows and people. At least thats what it looks like in the photos. I like what they did with the first 'Best Selection' 60th Anniversary release where they had all real windows but had cardboard insert inside the shells with the people printed on them which gives you you a much better 3 Dimensional look. And by the way...just look at the detail on those bogies?
LaView is back.

The Plarail S-19, Seibu Railway Series 001 Laview had limited release from Seibu outlets from the beginning of March 2019, and went on general sale on April 11th, 2019. It went out of production in 2021, and the number S-19 was re-assigned to the Kiha 261 Limited Express Hakuto. Seibu Railway have announced that the Laview will go back on sale as a limited release from August 11th. The train will be the same as S-19, but presumably it will have a new box without the S-19 designation on it?
Thank you Dr Chris
Wow they look really good, shame that they haven't produced any real class shinkansen yet, but can't complain
I suppose we should give them time Thara. The first wave must have did fine for them to make this second wave so there is probably a very good chance that we will see Shinkansens in the future.
