These Lemax buildings could be used on Plarail layouts too. In fact, I used them (not this lighthouse yet, though) on my big Plarail layout several times (here, here & here). Lemax buildings don’t have some established scale (it is usually said they are made “by feeling”), but they fit nicely with Plarail as well. But with AEG they fit great, because AEG engines are a bit bigger.

I thought that since the Trackmaster track circle around the back of the Lighthouse that it was attached somehow...of course now I know I was wrong. I see that it was just discontinued in 2022 so the price can only go up in the future.

It would be nice if the employees of the creative departments of the companies watched what people were doing with their models and what kind of layouts they were creating. They might find it interesting to include appropriate solutions in their future projects...

Lemax’s “retired” products are pretty hard to find. I managed to find this one at only one authorized dealer in the EU, and it is now sold out.
