My JR East fleet of Shinkansen. The whole layout is under my bed because there is no other place for me to lay the tracks.

Under the bed is still a fine place when there is no other room Hano. What is the train on the left?
E1 Max Shinkansen. It was a second-hand, but still in good condition.

I didn't recognize it from that angle and lighting plus, upon first glance, I thought the vents on the roof were somehow lighted but it must have been how the camera light reflected off the louvers.

Stood out because its so dark???
I edited it a little to make it less dark. It looked much better on the very bright screen of the camera... I gonna need to do this in the final edit.
It stood out because it seamed to be at dawn and I just really loved the lighting. I hope this made it look better. Unfortunately some of the clarity gets lost in this process. I admit that the original is very dark The magic of the GWR

• DalaGStanator, generic_truck_69420, Super Seeing the outstanding pilot episode "The Good Old Days" (hence the title Project Tiger Moth) gave me a boost of motivation to take outdoor photos (about time) recreating four shots from it. They were all taken in the backyard beside the shed save for the Toby and Gordon one, which I took on a higher spot in front of my room's window. Combined with the (currently) unpainted walls, the gritty concrete surface gives a great look for locations devoid of grass. Been wanting to take at least one shot like this there for a while. The hard part for me to get right was the wye that Percy and the trucks are on, going by that screenshot alone. One section even had two female ends meeting and, therefore, wasn't connected. Good thing it turned out alright minus the curve behind Percy. The fifth truck is darker than the other four, so I recalled having a black one from the Ultimate Set. What look to be faraway mountains/hills in the last shot is actually the thick side of another synthetic grass sheet. Unintentional, but still adds a lot. Fun fact: Sir Topham Hatt and his car in the OG shot are not replicas, but are among a few props from the real show that made their way into it; like how the Magic Railroad viaduct was later used in the Parody. Despite lacking effort in certain areas, I like how these tribute photos turned out. |
